Grupo Sadasi (Grupo Sadasi S.A. de C.V.) is a national-scale Mexican homebuilder founded in 1975, corporately headquartered in Mexico City, with its first development in Ecatepec, State of Mexico. It builds affordable, middle and residential housing complexes, reporting more than 400,000 homes and developments across roughly 12 states. In the region it operates Los Héroes and Las Américas in Mérida, among others, and won the National Housing Award 2019-2020. Residents of Los Héroes Mérida have reported damp and cracking issues in local media; verify before buying.
